Shipping & Returns

 Where do you ship?

 Currently we ship to all 50 states in the USA, Washington, DC and to Canada.

 When can I expect my order?

 Orders are fulfilled shortly after the order is placed; normally within 48 hours. We will send a     shipping confirmation email inclusive of tracking information once your order has been   shipped.

 What is your return policy?

 Due to sanitary reasons and the customized nature of our products, all products are final sale   and we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Any products returned to us without prior   notification and authorization will be refused and returned to sender.

 What if I need to change or cancel my order?

 We begin the fulfillment process of your order soon after it is placed. As such, if you need to   change or cancel your order, contact us immediately at hello@earthbornbeauty.com. If your   order has already been processed, we will not be able to make any changes or process any   cancellations.

 What if I did not receive my order?

 We ship all orders through USPS. If you have not received your order, please email us at   hello@earthbornbeauty.com to report acknowledgement of non-receipt. We will research on   our end and contact the postal office to determine the location of your package.

 Please note that we do not offer replacements for incorrect addresses or shipments shown as “delivered” in USPS’s tracking update. However, we will do our best to work with you to   determine a viable solution. If a shipment was sent to an incorrectly entered address, the cost   to reship is the sole responsibility of the recipient.

 If I don’t like the product or have a reaction to the product, can it be returned?

 While we believe that plant-based skincare is the best for holistic wellness, some persons do   exhibit skin sensitivities toward all-natural ingredients. We encourage all of our customers to   read and research all ingredients prior to purchase and use. If you are unsure, we suggest that you perform a patch test before using. Due to the nature of our skincare   products, they cannot be returned.
